SBS: Secretary-General steps down

Enaj, Sivad - His Excellency, Oliver Herny Jermyn, has resigned from his position on the Orion Arm Treaty Organization due to undisclosed health issues. The Sivadian government has not yet issued word on who his succesor as representative for kingdom will be. The Council is expected to meet soon to appoint a new Secretary-General.
