RADIANCE, VOLLISTA - Breaking news from the Vollistan city. Some sort of psionic attack has struck the entire city, rendering many powerful psionics unconscious, and many others in a state of shock. The confused reports that are filtering out seem to suggest that no one knows what has caused it, but that it is a temporary affliction. The authorities are investigating.
