NEW PARIS, LA TERRE -- After the events with the invading forces of the conquering General Savant, the small planet of La Terre has been slowly recovering. With the help of the Senate, Governor Johanne Bryce has managed to restore peace and the local economy seems once more on the rise with tourism once more a viable option. The government has also sent forth a petition to be readmitted into the Orion Arm and it is expected that given the circumstances that led to their departure that this will go smoothly.
Among other matters pending for discussion in the upcoming OATO Council meeting are the rumors of threats from rogue Phyrrian vessels and the appointing of a new Secretary General.
